Additional information about the available discs and how to choose them

There are several manufacturers with a wide range of models that all
come in different weights, plastics, colours and prints. I’ve selected
a range of discs that I believe covers the needs for all players with
their various techniques and experience. Tell me how you throw and I’ll
tell you what to use. Please trust my advice.

Innova is by far the biggest producer of discs with a wide range of
discs that cover any player in any situation. Discraft has made several
models that have become very successful and popular.
There are three main categories of discs; understable, stable and
overstable. A stable disc flies straight when thrown flat with
reasonable speed. An overstable discs turns left towards the end of its
flight (righthanded backhand throw). An understable disc turns right.
