ADG membership number merge with AFDA Proposal (From Jamie, president of the AFDA):

That the Australian Disc Golf membership details are brought into the AFDA database and that participants in ADG events only have one membership, being an AFDA number, to participate in events in Australia.

The AFDA is the peak body for all flying disc related sports and as such, the AFDA and ADG have a current memorandum of understanding which allows ADG to operate independently under the banner of the AFDA. Currently members of the AFDA are allowed to participate in ADG events and ADG members are able to participate in Ultimate events, but this is a reciprocal membership and participants in both have two different numbers. There will need to be some edits to the current AFDA database to include specific data from ADG for participants.

This will streamline the process for participants who regularly participate in both flying disc modes. It will also give a true reflection of member numbers in flying disc sports, not just those who participate regularly in Ultimate.
