Dardy Cup 2007 – Results and Report

Let me first apologise for getting the name of the tournament wrong it was not dirty cup but Dardy cup.
I would also like to thank Will and Heather for there great hospitality and for the new sort after perpetual trophy.
The day started of nice with no breeze and temperature in the mid 20’s the outlook was good. So with half the field coming from Perth that morning it was a pleasant 3hr drive down to Ferguson valley.

Australian Disc Golf Championships 2007 – Results

If there is one thing that was proven at the 2007 Australian Disc Golf Championships is that the Swedish know their disc golf, but the Aussies are never too far behind.  The event that capped off the inaugural year of the Australian Disc Golf Tour was very well attended, leaving little doubt of the growth of disc golf in Australia over the last few years has been larger than what most of us expected.  It was a lot of work for many of us, getting players packages together, inputting scores and making sure overall everyone was having a good time, but needless to say we were very pleased with the turnout and the smoothness of how everything ran.
