** Gallery Updated ** Despite weather predictions of rain, we had a beautiful day with 19°C and not a cloud in the sky. Unfortunately, our very own Kurt Karlsson was absent as well as Jason McFarlane, both were very sick. We played the newly dubbed “championship” layout, which was a nice change.  We had a couple of interstate players in Tim Marchbank and Paul Arden, both members of the newly formed Australian Disc Golf Committee of AFDA and unfortunately subject to my mad rantings during the second round.

Standouts in the final results were Paul as well as Ian Bycroft’s brother Andrew who blitzed their handicaps and made us all look bad with how much they have improved. I think I finally have Rodney’s handicap under control.  Luke and I finished tied, but we didn’t realize this until the course was already broken down.  All in all things ran very smoothly even though we had reduced staff to set up and break down the course. 

We also decided to take the leap and schedule the next three MM’s, and they go a little something like this.

    June 25th
    July 23nd
    then Aug 27th

Kurt has informed me that he wont be able to make the June or the July MM, but the shop will be open if any of you still want to buy a disc or two.
